Shipping Locations

At this time, Cutie Bunch only ships within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and shipping destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your address if your order has not yet shipped.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Coloring books
Stickers
Postcards
Digital downloads
Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been packed or shipped.

After an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers should first contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Refund Processing
